While the Prop stool is traditionally seen with a leather top, this particular version features a durable, beautifully textured natural cork seat. The frame is finished in a vibrant, satin orange powder coat that perfectly complements the warmth of the cork.
With its clever architectural base, the stool stands firmly on two parallel horizontal tubes, while the intersecting raised side bars provide a comfortable, built-in footrest. It is a brilliant, lightweight seating solution for a kitchen island, studio workshop, or bar table.

Excellent vintage condition. The orange powder-coated frame is structurally perfect and free from notable chips, and the natural cork seat shows beautiful texture with very minimal signs of wear.

About the Designer & Brand
Dennis Marquart trained as a blacksmith before studying furniture design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. His technical background combined with time spent studying in Japan and China heavily influences his work, resulting in an aesthetic defined by precision, structural simplicity, and a light form. OX Denmarq is renowned for combining these clean Scandinavian design traditions with high-quality natural materials that age beautifully over time.
