About this piece
This Silo pendant was designed by Stockholm's Note Design Studio for the Swedish lighting company Zero, first shown at Stockholm Design Week in 2013.
The design takes its cue directly from the grain silo, a simple cylindrical form with a tapered top, translated into painted aluminium and scaled down to a compact pendant shade. Note Design Studio has worked with Zero on the wider Silo collection since, alongside clients including IKEA and Avanza Bank, and the pendant's appeal sits in how plainly it commits to that industrial reference rather than softening it.
These units are brand new, unused and still sealed in original factory packaging, with all Zero labelling intact.
The shade measures 22.86cm high by 15.24cm in diameter, fitted with a standard Australian screw base and matching textile cord. Available in copper, matte yellow, matte white and matte green.
Suited to a single bedside drop, a reading nook, or grouped in multiples over a kitchen island.
