This is a better than average quality high end genuine antique English earlier 1800s Georgian Mahogany with inlay Card Table which also makes an excellent Side Table or Hall Table etc.
The rectangular top has rounded front corners and features a feature figured Mahogany panel with a full four sided Rosewood cross banding with Fruitwood and Ebony line inlays to either side
When the top is folded over so as two rest on the pair of rear gate legs it reveals an inset woven baize playing surface. The frieze section follows the shape of the top and is inlaid with fine Ebony line inlays in a geometric pattern.
The legs are elegant being tall and slender. They are turned tapered and finely reeded plus have inlaid rectangular panels at the top.
Condition: Excellent for age.
