About this piece
A vintage silver plated wine bottle cradle by Elkington - the Birmingham firm that invented commercial electroplating, so about as blue-chip as silver plate gets. The cradle holds a bottle at the correct angle to pour an older red without disturbing the sediment. A proper piece of table theatre. CONDITION: vintage pre-owned with patina and age-related wear consistent with silver plate. Please refer to photos as they form part of the description.
