About this piece
This antique copper brandy warmer with wooden handle stands 135 mm (5.25 inches) high and has a diameter of 114 mm (4.5 inches). The tinned interior of the bowl is in good condition. It would have been used to pour the warmed brandy over desserts or the Christmas pudding. The overall length from the end of the wooden handle to the body is 275 mm (10.75 inches). It is an interesting shape that would brighten up any kitchen shelf or bench. It would date from the last quarter of the nineteenth century.
