About this piece
Pair of vintage Chinese cloisonné lidded vases, each finely decorated with blossoming branches in shades of pink and yellow against a black ground with repeating gilt fretwork. The domed lids are surmounted by gilt finials, and both vases are set on custom fitted timber stands.
The intricate enamel work and considered palette reflect the craftsmanship of traditional cloisonné, while the petite scale suits display on a mantel, shelf, or within a cabinet of curiosities.
Dimensions: Each 6 cm Dia x 12.5 cm H (including base)
