Edwardian negligee necklace dating to the first quarter of the 20th century (c. 1910), likely of Continental European origin. The design centres on a small diamond cluster within a symmetrical oval platinum motif, from which two articulated drops are suspended. The yellow gold drops are platinum-topped and set with diamonds and two substantial round-cut white sapphires in rub-over settings.
Diamonds are estimated at H colour and SI/pique clarity, with a combined weight of approximately 0.12 carat. The pendant is suspended from a very fine platinum chain, finishing with a barrel clasp and figure-of-eight safety catch, both functioning securely.
