Designed in 1969 by Italian architect, artist and designer Gaetano Pesce, the Up Series remains one of the most celebrated and expressive icons of modern design. Renowned for its sculptural, human-form silhouettes and soft, elastic upholstery, the collection blurred the lines between furniture, art and architecture from its inception.
This Up3 Series 2000 lounge chair, produced by B&B Italia, is offered here in its original yellow fabric and sold ‘as is’. The upholstery is in good, pre-loved condition with only minor signs of wear; there are no pulls, tears or structural damage. The piece has been professionally cleaned and is ready to serve as a striking focal point in a contemporary interior.
