Antique Italian circa 1900 Alabaster 'mood' Lamp with Cherubs.

This is a delightful genuine antique Italian carved Alabaster electrified ‘mood’ Light The shade at the top has a carved flu so as to let the heat out and the turned short column has an inverted floral carving. the lower section comprises of two young children ‘cherubs’ with one naked and the other wrapped in a cloth,all against a rocky background. The whole stands on a well shaped and detailed yellow tinted Alabaster base. Condition: Over all very good for age and use. There are some fine heat cracksat the top of the shade which can be ‘filled’ and made good by a restorer. Size: Height 80cm x Width 25cm x Depth 25cm.
