This fabulous quality chest was made in England circa 1870.
Crafted from beautiful plum pudding mahogany, the chest features 5 full width drawers of differing depths. The drawers run magnificently – like the day it was made! All include original brass escutcheons and beautifully detailed turned knobs.
The chest has rounded corners and a lovely patina, resting on elegant bun feet. All in all a wonderful chest for the bedroom or for extra storage in the home.
