Originally commissioned for the Hvidovre Church in the mid-1950s, these chairs are a masterclass in Scandinavian functionalism—balancing architectural strength with a light, organic silhouette.
Design & Provenance:
Designed by Vilhelm Wohlert (architect of the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and protégé of Kaare Klint), these chairs were built for longevity.
• Authenticity: Original manufacturer stamps on the underside.
