A very pretty Rockingham hand painted and gilded porcelain trio decorated with pattern 958. The shape is "Basket Weave", with a moulded basket weave pattern to the outside of the cups and to the base of the saucer. There are plain cartouches on either side of the cups which have been decorated with small sprays of hand painted flowers. The inside of the cups feature sprays of hand painted flowers below a ring of pendant green leaves to the rim, with the same decoration on the saucer. There is some very faint crazing and a very small area of light discolouration to the outside of the coffee cup-otherwise it is in superb condition. It would date from the period 1830-42.
