Vintage cigarette dispenser beer barrel dog KEIWA musical 8" 1960's JAPAN

"KEIWA" beer barrel dog musical 8" cigarette dispenser 1960's. Beer barrel shaped with dark brown moulded plastic slats and goldtone metal hoops. Mounted on a dark brown metal base. Lidded with decorative goldtone metal finial with knob. Pulling up reveals retractable goldtone metal sleeves that hold 18 cigarettes. Mid-century modern design. Music is activated by winding the base and lifting the lid of the barrel, barrel rotates while playing music. Original green felt on base. Made in Japan in 1960's. Very Good Vintage Condition. Musical mechanics is in excellent working order. Minor rust spots to metal. Faceted jewel embedded in knob missing. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula. Very rare and sought after.
