This is an original vintage piece, not a modern reproduction, and as such, it bears the charming signs of age and use. The teak frame has been meticulously sanded and refinished with a Scandinavian oil and wax treatment, enhancing its natural warmth and durability. While the clear glass top displays some surface scratches, it remains free from chips or cracks. Accompanying the table are three almond-shaped black vinyl ottomans, all in good condition with minor scratches and blemishes. One ottoman features a subtle indentation on its side but continues to function perfectly, preserving the set’s overall integrity and appeal.
Maker’s labels are clearly visible on the underside of the base and ottomans. This exceptional example of Australian mid-century design was sourced in Sydney.
