Introducing this superb clock from the 19th Century – An English ebonised bracket clock of large proportions with ormolu mounts.
The clock features a triple fusee and was crafted by John Walker of London c.1875. It features stunning ormolu mounts and details.
Larger than the average mantle clock, this clock stands at 74cm high by 45cm wide. The movement is of eight day duration and strikes and chimes on a nest of bells, features silent/ chime with the choice of Westminster chime or Whittington chime. It strikes on a gong. The movement has been completely serviced/ overhauled, all three mainsprings have been replaced. Comes with original keys, one being a winding key the other a small key to lock the front and rear door. Excellent running order.
