These are a very good set of high quality genuine antique English earlier 1800s Georgian ( Regency - George IV ) Dining Chairs beautifully crafted from prestigious imported Brazilian Rosewood.
The show timber frames have reeded rear uprights and a lower waist rail with central opposed French ‘S’ horizontal scrolls. The seat rails are straight and vertical. The front legs are nicely turned and tapered and feature an inverted Lotus at the top and an inverted Tulip lower down.
The seat back is upholstered for comfort and rolls over the top of the chair,while the upholstered seat frame lifts off.
Condition: the chair frames are in excellent condition for age as is the polish. The upholstery is also in excellent condition.

Price: Were $695 each however now reduced down to $395each……….so $3,160 the set of eight.
