A French rose wood two door Louis 15th Style vitrine decorated in the style of Vern’s Martin.

Mounted on the serpentine top section and above the two doors is a fine quality Ormolu rococo style mount.

The vitrine is decorated with fine quality matching ormolu mounts to the sides and on the cabriole legs.

The panels mounted into the base of the two front doors are painted with scenes of a young lady reading a book and a young man realising a bird, both are set in country scenes.

The two panels on each side of the cabinet are painted with a lake scenes set in the country side.

The vitrine is in original condition, no repairs or restoration.
