This original American oak captain's chair has been restored at Fnestra. Featuring a beautiful wood grain, sweeping arm rests, intricate patterning on the headrest and a mock cane plywood seat that would've replaced an original cane one, many decades ago. Apart from its beauty, this is a sublimely comfortable chair. The key to which is how it kicks back with a lean. This is a chair for pondering and having well thought discussions, especially with those who's opinions you respect and seek.
Sheboygan is located on the shore of Lake Michigan, Wisconsin. A former industrial hub that sported more than 12 furniture companies. It was known throughout the late 1800s to the 1970s as "Chair city".
