A quality, genuine, large, Antique English, circa 1815, Regency, Breakfast Table in Mahogany. The rectangular ‘tilt top’ is made of two solid cuts of ‘book leaf’ matched wide and very well figured boards. The centre column is boldly turned and from the small cylindrical base flow four reeded, tapered, downward and outward flowing legs terminating with Brass Lion Paw Sabots (toe caps ) with original all brass castor assemblies beneath.
The whole is in excellent condition for age and has good patination.
