Published London and North Eastern Railway. Printed by Vincent Brooks, Day & Son, Lith. London.

Frank Henry Mason (1875 - 1965) was an English artist, best known for his maritime and coastal paintings and his travel and railway posters. His talent as a commercial artist was confirmed when London North Eastern Railways gave him and 4 other artists exclusive design contracts between 1927 - 32.

Depicting the Green Bridge (built in 1788 - 9) and the Richmond Castle, this poster was created to encourage travel by rail to the town of Richmond in Yorkshire.
