A later reprint of Cappiello's fiery 1909 design for Thermogene, a cotton wadding impregnated with cayenne pepper based substance to be worn against the chest. In 1909 the poster claimed to CURE "cough, rheumatism, pains in the chest", however by 1913 aspirations were lowered to simply "combat".
