Antique English hand painted and gilt Vase converted into a Table Lamp

This is another excellent example of a genuine antique English hand painted and gilt Urn shaped Vase (with lid) being professionally converted into a very decorative and practical Table Lamp by the inclusion of a brass bulb holder, rewired using twisted silk covered lead and a turned and gilded well profiled timber base for stability. The body is attractively painted with birds flowers and leaves and is embellished with the gilt side handles and shaped base. Condition: Excellent. Size: 55cm to the top of the bulb holder.
