Below the bureau \/ desk are a pair of side by side drawers with three lower three stacked full width drawers. All drawers are correctly Oak lined from front to back  for the period and have perimeter cock bead molding plus original steel locks, brass keyhole escutcheons and pairs of oval brass drawer pull handles.
